Good day, I am Dr. Manikandan Gurusamy, a Senior Researcher at Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa. I am currently in Lusaka, Zambia attending a conference from October 14, 2025, to October 17, 2025. On my way to Zambia from South Africa, I obtained a single-entry transit visa to cross Botswana. Now, I plan to depart from Zambia on October 17, 2025, and return to South Africa through Botswana. Could you please provide me with the necessary letter and visa application form to obtain an on-arrival transit visa at the Botswana border?
